Paul Daiker’s greatest focus is on criminal defense, wherein he helps people who have been charged with state or federal felonies and misdemeanors. The types of cases that Mr. Daiker handles include DUI / OVI, domestic violence, drug possession and trafficking, assault and other violent crimes, professional malpractice, sex offenses, financial crimes, weapons violations, driving under the influence, and internet sex crimes.

Mr. Daiker practices family law and divorce, assisting clients with issues including child custody and visitation, child support, alimony, and the division of assets and debts. Paul B. Daiker has developed an excellent reputation in his more than 28 years of practice. Paul received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1993. During his time at Cleveland-Marshall, Paul served as a member of the Cleveland State Law Review. Paul returned to his alma mater as an adjunct professor where he has taught either Criminal Procedure I or Criminal Procedure II since 2017.

Paul is the former prosecutor of Moreland Hills, where he worked from 1996-2000. He also is frequently asked to be a presenter at legal seminars for fellow attorneys including topics from the basics of how to try a case to DUI/OVI, traffic laws, and ethics. From his office in Cleveland, Ohio, he provides representation to clients in the greater metropolitan area in a variety of matters. An experienced, savvy negotiator, he is skilled at breaking through difficult and complex issues, an ability, which often increases the potential for positive resolutions.

Away from the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and family, running, playing basketball, and watching local sports games.
